The first piece was a fluted dresser with a plug and an LED strip, built by people who wanted the chest of drawers to also charge a phone and light a dark corner. CARB P2 panels are cut and edge-banded in one pass, so every edge you touch is sealed against moisture and chipping.

Shape & face

Fluted fronts are shaped from the board itself, then faced in scratch-resistant melamine that keeps its color under daily wear.

Drill & fit

Every hole is machine-drilled against the same jig that drew the manual, which is what makes assembly line up on the first try.

Pack & check

Corners get molded guards, glass and mirrors ride in foam frames, and one unit per batch is unboxed and built as a check.
